Delivery of Goods

The delivery charge will be shown for each item purchased and free delivery on selected orders.

Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses. Customers living in some remote rural areas should note some delivery services are extended by a few days.

While we can deliver to, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight,Scottish Highlands and Islands there is an additional supplement. Please contact us prior to placing you order.

Delivery Schedules: All goods are delivered via our courier partner namely DPD, Interlink Express or Palex and usually delivered to your address within 1 to 3 working days. If you would prefer next day delivery than this can be arranged FOR SOME ORDERS, please e-mail us for our current prices for this service. Some orders can take 3-5 days.

Delays in Delivery: In the event of the delay in delivery, please note that Nitroblaze could not be liable for the courier's fault. No refund is allowed where the courier company has failed to deliver the item on a particular service. For example an item delivered through 24 hour service and the customer not receiving the item in the given time due to delay by the courier company. Nore can a refund be issued if the parcel is with the courier.

Failed Delivery: If a courier company has tried to deliver the parcel but have not found anyone to take the delivery, the driver will leave the failed delivery card through the letterbox then it will become the customer’s responsibility to re-arrange the delivery with courier company. The parcel will be held at the local depot for 5 days then it will come back to us. In this event, it will be customer's responsibility to pay for failed and re-delivery charge incurred. 1

Damage in Transit

We appreciate due to the size and shape of the boxes we send to you, they may be vulnerable to damage in transit by the couriers. If this happens to your item then you must report this within 7 days of you recieving the item. So it leaves enough time for our staff to claim on the couriers insurance. If the item is not repaired by sending replacement parts then we will replace the entire item at our discretion.

We sell Rc Models, Mini Quads and Mini Moto Bikes, Children's ride on toys and other outdoor products. Our delivery is free to the uk unless stated and you can find extra costs on our postage page or checkout page.
  • 1.2 We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use this Website.
  • 2. ORDERING FROM US
    • 2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered. You can pay online only and use Credit Card, Google, Bacs, Cheque before goods are dispatched cheque are made payable to Nitroblaze, 22 Bacton Gardens, Nottingham, NG6 8NS
    • Deliveries are 1-3* days Mainland UK, and 3-5 days out of the United Kingdom but all orders can take up to 7 days (back orders 28 days) 7 days max*
    • 2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place on payment for that item. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
    • Substitute: if an item is out of stock we may send an alternative, we will cover the cost of the return if the item is not required, we will always try and email you first to ask if this acceptable. 
    • 2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
      • (a) where goods are not available;
      • (b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
      • (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
      • (d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
      • (e) you can only use 1 redeem code per order, if you choose a % off code you can not select a free gift if the order is over £100 and we can not change this once order has been made. We see either one as a disscount / gift.
  • 3. PRICING
    • 3.1 All prices include VAT.
    • 3.2 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.

  • 4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
    • 4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:

If you wish to cancel an order or return an item please send an e-mail to orders@nitroblaze.co.uk, open a ticket, txt service, or call us (calls cost 3-5 pence per minute, more from mobile) quoting your invoice number, full name and address and we shall then reply to you with details of where and how to return the item with a returns number and returns form to attach. If item is damaged on opening you must report this within 24 hours of taking charge of your goods.

    • 9.1 To buy items with www.nitroblaze.co.uk you must be over eighteen years of age. If you buy regular you wil receive 6% off each time you order.
    • 9.2 We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network within our forum or your customer account.
    • 9.3 Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.
    • 9.4 We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.     • 12.2 We do not warrant that materials/items for sale on the Website are appropriate or available for use outside the United Kingdom. It is prohibited to access the Website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful. If you access this Website from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
    •  It is an offence to purchase any weaponry or BB guns under 18 years in UK and it is an offence to carry any weapon real or replica in public - this may cause unnecessary panic. It is also an offence to modify / paint any BB gun / replica from its manufacture purpose.
    • Due to the availability of payment cards to people under 18 years of age we now have to run age checks on all customers.

      All customers will be subject to a check on the electoral roll to confirm an age of 18 years old or over.

      If your name is not on the electoral roll then we will ask for additional proof of age ie. a scan of a driving licence or similar document to verify your age before we dispatch your item. We can even send to a local gun shop so you take proof of age, they may charge £20 admin fee.

  • 13. MISCELLANEOUS / Damage
    • 13.1 You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions
    • 13.2 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall continue to have full force and effect.
    • 13.3 Only the parties to this agreement can enforce these terms and conditions.
    • 13.4 All items have a parts warranty, we will either fix or offer parts before a refund after the 7 days. If damaged in transit we will swap or offer parts or a refund in the first 7 days, we always ask for images of any damage to help investigate the problems. We will not take back any crashed items - it is up to the customer to check set up before use. If you return it will be at your own cost.
    • Mini Moto / Pit Bikes
    • To use/ride a min-moto / quad in any public place the rider must conform to the following

      • The rider must be 16 or over
      • To have passed a compulsory bike test
      • Hold a valid licence (for that category of vehicle)
      • Hold a valid Insurance policy
      • The vehicle also requires a single vehicle inspection form from the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA)
      • To have a valid MOT if required
      • Display a valid Tax disc
      • The rider to wear a crash helmet.

      Failure to conform to the above may result in the rider being reported and prosecuted.

      In addition under (Section 59 Police Reform Act 2002) the Police have the powers to seize the vehicle if they witness its use in an anti social manner or following complaints from members of the public. The owners/parents are responsible for any costs. For Tracks / Courses click here.

      Rc models, all rc models require range testing before use, this will help the user find any problems before putting it on the ground (rendering this a used item if they do) to do this hold the model in the air and have a second person walk a distance with the receiver / controller and test for any faults, this then can be returned un-used and covered under warranty. Failing to do this any inspection will be chargeable, as the itemis used and could of been caused by a crash.

Returns Policy:

Please note, A car from the budget range may have small indentations, pressure marks, misaligned stickers, small scuffs or scratches present, this does not warrant a reason for return.

Whilst the build quality might be lower, the budget ride ons are great value for money and are packed with features such as, lights, remote control, music systems and more.

Although we take great care to present our cars as accurately as possible in the photographs, there may be slight differences than that shown.

All cars sold on our website carry 6 Months return to base warranty unless otherwise stated. With any damages or missing parts should be reported within 2 days of the customer receiving the item. No exceptions will be allowed and the management of nitroblaze reserve the right to withdraw this warranty at any given time.

Warranty Policy:  In the event of an item being faulty or damaged when delivered, we will aim to repair the product by sending replacement parts out to the customers address as soon as possible. If the item develop faults within 28 days of receiving, we will undertake the carriage costs incurred to get the item back to our warehouse for repair or replacement. After this period the customer will be liable to send the car back to our warehouse for repair or replacement. There will also be customer's responsibility to package the item back to either in its original packaging or adequate packaging. We will aim to get the item repaired and back to you within 28 working days and if this does not happen we will replace the item. Where a replacement is not available a full refund will be offered at the manager’s discretion.

If the customer would opt to have a refund without replacement or repair then it is a customer's responsibility  to send the item back to our warehouse and in an unused condition, we will then refund the item in the same way which it was paid for less the costs involved during transportation.

Where an item is faulty we would advise customers to phone us directly so our technicians can guide them through some simple troubleshooting steps. When returning items can you please enclose a covering letter stating your full details including order number, a daytime contact number and the reason for return.

This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Supplier´s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Supplier´s approval.



Blow Moulding process:  This a process which is used by the manufacturers to make most of the ride on cars that we sell, the process involves blowing sheets of plastic with hot air to make the moulds required for the production of the car. Sometimes the moulds can have minor scuffs or very small scratches caused by material flowing in the air as the plastic is very hot this can mark the body of the car. This does NOT cause any materialistic flaws within the body and does not affect the strength or durability of the body. They are just minor cosmetic flaws and usually only affect one in ten items we sell. Nitroblaze will not accept any returns back due to this and this no reason to claim the item as faulty. 

Batteries:  Please note that we only offer 3 months warranty for the batteries that are provided with any items sold. In every sale the item is checked by our staff prior to despatch and the battery is fully tested. If in a situation the item becomes un-useable due to a faulty battery then the customer will be liable for Courier charge incurred to get the replacement battery out. We will provide the battery free of charge but the shipping charge must be met by the customer. This is providing that the battery is within the warranty period. After Warranty period, the customer is liable to pay for the battery and shipping cost.

Packaging:  Please note that in the event of the customer returning the goods, please try to return it in the original packaging sent with the item. If you do not have original packaging, please use adequate packaging. We advise that if there are storage problems due to the size of the box - you flat pack it and store it safely. The consumers owe a duty of care to look after the goods while they are in their possession and also to ensure that the goods are adequately packed for transit return
