SOME ACME ORDER HAVE A DELAY AND COURIER MANIFEST ISSUES - ALL ORDERS ARE GOING OUT OR ARE WITH THE COURIER - WE HAVE HAD MANY PRE ORDERS AND WOULD LIKE TO KEEP THIS SERVICE.
WILE WE SEND THEM OUT AND OBTAIN TRACKING NUMBERS -YOU MIGHT RECEIVE THEM BEFORE WE HAVE THE TRACKING NUMBERS - PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE HAD OVER 400 PRE ORDERS and only 2 staff :-(
We are getting lots of calls from customers who have placed orders the day before - please note we only started back on the 4.01.2010 and came back to 100's of orders - along with product help requests.
Also we are getting customers email asking where order is! some are not even on our system - so please insure you have your order no / receipt no / product name & your address.
Also please note we are not always able to sort out and send customers tracking numbers on request - but please note all orders are tracked - and when we have time in our less busy times we can give you them.
